Losing motivation
How often do you guys have to "restart" and get re-motivated? I lost 15 and am back up about 10, I get the motivation back for a week of so, do great, then back off track. And alot of personal issues got me back into binge mood of food and drink... Just curious what others do to recharge. Thanks!

Striiv bracelet
Does anyone have one of these bracelets? I got one for Christmas, started it today and I did a zumba workout @ home. The tv and logging it in tells me I burned 239 calories, striiv tells me I only burned 76 :\ . That's a huge difference! Any opinions on this?

Sedentary or moderately active?
Hoping someone could give me some insight on this because I am not sure where to put myself at when MFP or TDEE asks this. I have a desk job, however I am up and walking around a lot of the day, at home I either do zumba or walk a mile and a 1/2 everyday, do house chores, etc. and do not sit really until 8ish or so.…

Calorie intake
Hi all! I am curious on what I should be having for a general calorie intake. I am 32, 5' 4" and currently at 173. Weight loss has been slow, only down 10 lbs since March 3rd-but hey least I'm down some! MFP puts me at 1200 calories which I bumped to 1350 because I just felt tired alot... I walk and do Zumba Core at home…

Do you count cleaning as exercise?
Just wondering if anyone adds cleaning or push mowing to exercise? I normally don't for the daily pick ups and sweeping, but I am wondering when you clean for 3 or so hours to you count it? Also push mowing, is this something that you would add or would you do that and exercise besides that in a night?

Exercise question
How often do you exercise and do you take days off? I do exercise daily, usually Zumba core on the wii or I will walk for 20 minutes at a fast pace. I have read that you should do both so I am curious what you guys do and what works for you. I have lost 10 lbs since early March and still have about 35-40 lbs to go...
