I've been noticing on most days when I finish my food log it says I am getting too few calories. Is better to give yourself a break or push it everyday?
I have heard mixed answers on whether it is better to exercise everyday or to give yourself a day of rest a couple of times a week. I would like everyone's opinions on what has seemed to work better for them. TIA! :)
