Hi. I'm heading out for drinks with friends this evening and I do not want to over do it. Does anyone know which drinks are the lowest in calories? I've lost 2 lbs this week and I do not want to jeopardize the hard work? Any suggestions?:smile: Thanks, Angelica
Hi I'm new to this program. I have been excercising since 6/18 and working on my bad eating habits. So far, I've lost 15 lbs and dropped 1 dress size, however am at a plateau for over a month.
