I been looking online for the nutrition facts for the Cheese French Stick from stater bros bakery..does any one have them or know where i can get them? I tried to google it and everthing but nothing is comming up.. please help me

What if there isnt an food item you ate on the list?
I had some P Nuttles Butter Toffee Almonds for a snack today and i went to input it on the list under snacks and it only brings up peanuts or sunflower seeds, how can i find this item ?!?!

Today is so far day 2 with out and energry drink, starbucks or even a soda..ive dont this b4 where i did not drink for a week or 2 but this time i reallly need to do it. i usually had 1 of them a day sometimes i would have a soda and a energy drink..any one know of ways to not feel so dead durning the day?
