Calculating Calories Burned From Sport Practice?
5 days a week, (sometimes 6) I have practice, starting out by running,sprinting,rolling across the mat in cartwheels and back handsprings and what have you, followed by some one on one wrestling practice. Never hungry, and never full?
I can go all day without eating, and feel fine, and i can also eat a large man sized steak, with sides, and not be full in the slightest. This leads to quite a bit of binging. Anyone else like this??

Can't drink enough water?
I find it impossible to drink 8 whole cups a day. I can drink a bottle on a good day, maybe. I dont really ever feel thirsty, though. Any tips?

Fatty Rash/Chub Rub?
Yknow, when your thighs rub together whilst working out, resulting in unpleasant bumps and itchiness? Anyone know how to keep this from happening?
