Lifting weights....gained weight!!
So I started weight lifting 5 days a week on March 1, eating around 1500-1700 calories a day. Just weighed myself, and I went from 137 to 143! 6 lbs. Inches have not changed. I've been trying to lose my last 10 lbs for one year and I am at a loss.
