what's a good YOGA dvd?
I am thinking about buying a yoga dvd I always thought yoga was about relaxation UNTIL.... I did yoga with a friend of mine over the weekend whoa! i am still sore! it had me sweating !!! it definitely sparked my interest, i am currently stuck on my weight- not moving up or down.
