what's a good YOGA dvd?

I am thinking about buying a yoga dvd
I always thought yoga was about relaxation UNTIL....
I did yoga with a friend of mine over the weekend
whoa! i am still sore! it had me sweating !!!
it definitely sparked my interest, i am currently stuck on my weight- not moving up or down. I need to try something new!
would you guys know of any good beginner's yoga dvd?
would really appreciate it, thanks in advanced.

    I like all the Rodney Yee ones. He has different levels.

    Check out www.GaiamTV - you get access to lots of different DVDs for a low monthly fee and you can cancel if you aren't into it. Actually, I think they may give you the first month free. Good luck! :smile:

    pure and simple by Eon Finn, if you put you 110 effort into it you'll be sore but if you want more of a relaxing yoga you can chill out to it. I love it!
