I am thinking about buying a yoga dvd
I always thought yoga was about relaxation UNTIL....
I did yoga with a friend of mine over the weekend
whoa! i am still sore! it had me sweating !!!
it definitely sparked my interest, i am currently stuck on my weight- not moving up or down. I need to try something new!
would you guys know of any good beginner's yoga dvd?
would really appreciate it, thanks in advanced.

Check out www.GaiamTV - you get access to lots of different DVDs for a low monthly fee and you can cancel if you aren't into it. Actually, I think they may give you the first month free. Good luck!0

pure and simple by Eon Finn, if you put you 110 effort into it you'll be sore but if you want more of a relaxing yoga you can chill out to it. I love it!0
