I have been at this lifestyle change for three weeks now, and am having a terrible time sleeping. I'm not waking up hungry or in pain, I just can't get a good nights sleep. Tomorrow night, I will be attending a reception, and don't know what is on the menu. Can anyone tell me how you handle such situations.
