Needs tips for dealing with a really tight calf muscle
I pulled a muscle while working out a few months ago and ever since, when I exercise for long periods of time, my calf muscle in that leg gets so tight it feels like it's going to explode. Any tips for stretching it out or protecting that muscle when I exercise so that I don't get a more serious injury?

Need some help going Gluten free
I have been doing some research and my health issues seem to indicate a possible wheat intolerance. I'd like to do a 60 day gluten free trial to see if it improves my health problems at all, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. Any help/advice/ for going gluten free would be appreciated. Thanks
