Sodium, adding to diary
I sometimes add salt to my food. Is there a way to add salt on your diary? I tried searching it as a food and also tried sodium, but plain old salt was not on there. The reason I ask is I want to see how much sodium I'm adding per day and of course table salt is a source of it.
