Greetings all!
Anyone still posting in here? I just reached day 7 of my Keto experience. I've lost 6.5 pounds so far. I'm feeling the energy building, I'm resting better in my sleep time, and my appetite is decreasing with each meal I enjoy. I'm learning again how much fun it is to cook meals and enjoy them! Learning myself
I realized I have been on the site a few days and never introduced myself. I'm working my way back down the scale again. 2 years ago I had reached 135 due to health issues. While it wasn't the ideal way to lose weight I did buy the wardrobe! It still hangs in the closet waiting for me. So here I am to be more accountable…
