I bought myself a set of resistance bands to change up exercise. Lots of in the chair exercises for me to try out. Dealing with a bad knee is no fun. Always hunting down something new.

January 4 Exercised?: Yes. 30 min of yoga, major clean up: Christmas was stored and put in the attic. Calories?: Yes. Tracked?: Yes. Made a delicious Chicken Vegetable soup for dinner tonight. Zucchini, collard, onion, tomato, garlic. Spiced it with some Apple Cider Vinegar and Ancho Chili. Yum!!

You can do it! I felt the same way about tracking. I'm now 65 days of tracking everyday, the good and the bad. Now it's habit for me for sure.

Welcome to a New Year! I am working on the same goals. I do consider net carbs as well.

I'm 63, 5'1" and when I started on this unnumbered restart attempt to lose weight at the end of October, I was a hefty 200 pounds. Today I'm down to 181.4 which has me losing at a nice rate. I'm available as support and friend.

I'm 63 and doing low carb food eating. I use a lot of Keto recipes to help keep my carbs down. Feel free to add me. I'm also working on losing a total of 75 pounds. I'm down 18 and on my way!

I am two months into regaining my life and now I'm diving into UAC to help me stay motivated and accountable in my progress. Katla. there are all kings of mints to grow! I have Apple mint in the ground and it spreads all over ( a good thing for me as the area really needs it). I also have sweet mint growing in a large pot on my deck. This is its 3rd year and it's doing great!
