    Hi! I'm over 62 (65, specifically), and have been here on MFP for awhile (loss then maintenance) but am not keto (way not ! 😉).

    There's a low-carb group that includes keto folks at https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum that might have some kindred spirits (all ages), and a new group for women over 50 at (all eating styles) https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/139104-women-over-50-ready-for-2021. I don't know of anything that's a combo of both, though.

    I'm 62 and re-starting today.
    Not keto, just counting cals and reducing carbs as I have had success with that before.

    I did keto a few years ago and it worked well, but as hubby cooks now most of the time it's not possible so just reduce my food sizes.

    I am 68 and was on MFP for years until my sister died and I just gave up on myself until now. I am starting over at a whopping 206 pounds. Five came off fast( water weight). It’s snowing here in Reno so I will need to find some good workout videos on UTube. Any suggestions?

    The first of those two, especially, has a lot of back and forth about which ones people like and why, plus folks asking for recommendations for particular situations and getting answers.

    I'm 63 and going low carb. I've got a ways to go, aiming to lose 40 or 50 lbs. My immediate goal is to get motivated and inspired, to record my calories in, water consumption, and time spent moving by body.

    I'm 63 and doing low carb food eating. I use a lot of Keto recipes to help keep my carbs down. Feel free to add me. I'm also working on losing a total of 75 pounds. I'm down 18 and on my way!
