I love Keto way of life! I do a semi fasting version, I fast for 12-14 hours and it works for me quite well. Mostly this came about due to medications I have to take that do not allow me to eat for at least 2 hours, so I just wait until lunch time to eat.

hi Nadine, I have a similar history, I was dedicated to my fitness pal, and slipped off due to health issues. Now I'm back and determined to really be honest with myself and getting my life on track to a healthier me.

Hi Ian! I know that feeling of being stuck at home and the easy access to food. I've done the same thing and I'm back to logging foods and holding myself accountable again.

In my first week back into Keto. Had some health issues that interfered with keeping up with it all. Now I am in for the long haul of following Keto and losing all these pounds.
