The Ultimate Accountability Challenge is based on replacing our mindless/thoughtless/unconscious habits with mindful/thoughtful/conscious healthy habits.
People talk about stopping a bad habit. What actually works is when we replace a bad habit with a good habit.

A really good day in many ways although I broke my two weeks no unhealthy food rule because I hadn’t planned well enough with the change of plans. I limited it though and was well within calories when it was all logged.
Exercise was run and morning yoga and abs as well as evening Jiu Jitsu.
The change in plans was a coffee date with a guy I’ve been chatting to through tinder. First time we met face to face and we chatted for three hours over coffee. Definitely potential there, but I’m in no rush. I’d rather take it slow and get to know him better before I get too involved (I’ve made that mistake before).10 -

Back to work today. Well, working from home, locked down as we are! Homeschooling went better today thanks for asking @donna25trinity, my son hates English and the school are having a poetry week, he’s not keen! But he didn’t have to do too much work today.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, my usual 20 minutes on the exercise bike and a lunchtime walk in the rain
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I found it easier to stick with not snacking today, probably because I actually had some work to do. @RangerRickL i love your words on mindful eating, it’s funny how I can get more enjoyment from something small and tasty now I’m not having as many of them. I think it’s because I pay more attention.

I agree @Katiecan2021 I am finding 1 or 2 pieces of chocolate much more satisfying.5 -
3x’s yes. An hour of strength and abs with my crew and a 4.5 mile evening walk. Really nice on calories- I started to eat mindlessly and ate two chocolates at work. Almost kept going but I read the label and realized how many calories they had. I wanted more but I stopped myself.6

It was an active rest day so I kept it light on "real" exercise but still have plenty of walking 'n errands to do just in case my city goes into the deepest lockdown yet as of tomorrow, as forecasted by the media. Sigh.
Habit replacement? I stopped drinking coffee cold turkey in order to drink various teas instead. No withdrawal symptoms (as I've experienced in the past) even though I'm more than a week in. I still have some, just in case (or, umm, for visitors if that ever happens again). More sigh.9 -

Did the elliptical today while watching Yearly Departed on Amazon prime. My goodness, it's hilarious. Counted calories and at.
@MaltedTea : love the photo!
@RangerRickL : thanks for the mindful eating nugget. I did that today. Made some red onion, red cabbage goodness that went well with my tuna wrap in stead of chips. Learning as my physical resolution for 2021 is to do 1 measly pull up which will be helped by this challenge.

I just about kept within my calories today. I had gone over by 12 calories so I spent 10 minutes walking up and down the house so that my fitbit calorie adjustment would get me back on track 🤣
I also got in a 40 minute walk and tracked everything. I'm hoping to start back running next week, just waiting for the sports bra I ordered online to be delivered. And I was meant to start back horse riding this week but because we're in lockdown i cant get to the stables 😪
No pass days used yet but tomorrow probably will be one as I have to bring the baby for a hospital appointment so itll be a long day and I cant see myself getting 20 mins of exercise.3 -

I started the day torturing myself with yoga. I guess that means I should continue to do so and maybe I will get better at it.
Food was eh. I have a love/hate...mostly indifferent relationship with food. In place of lunch I had unhealthy snacks today. Dinner was yummy chilly weather food. I ended up 5 over, but...
The 40 minute walk at lunch on top of the yoga start put me with a good overage so I don't feel too terrible.
I logged my food, snacks, coffee, and hopefully all of my water. I don't really know how many times I refilled the cup. At least 4.
