Good day for me today although I’m counting cleaning to reach my exercise goal. I did a thorough clean of my house which is way more than I usually do, so while I don’t like counting cores for exercise (personal preference) I only did 16 minutes of yoga and abs so I just need to use 4 minutes of my hours of cleaning to hit the goal and my Apple Watch credited me with over 30 minutes of exercise.
Good food choices which are logged and under budget.

I had a nice surprise this morning: I copied yesterday’s breakfast but when I looked down the list of items, I saw 2 slices of bread logged. So, I deleted the extra slice then went back to yesterday and changed that as well. That meant I gained 100 calories back yesterday so I can have a bit extra today – or save it for another day. As I’m not trying to lose weight, I don’t need to be under my calorie allowance unless I’m saving it for a holiday or a special day. Holidays are off the agenda for a long time now, and special days are few and far between – and of course the restaurants and pubs are all closed indefinitely.

Me: I am just below/slightly above my calorie goal and if that happens again I'll be using a pass! I need a buffer because I have logged for so many years now that I guestimate a lot 😉. For maintainance it works wonderfully.😀 Truthahn to be said, I am always in weight loss modus 😀, aiming to get rid of 5 lbs 😀. Been lowering my goal the past years....
Today's wokout: over 1h walk 🚶♀️ and 30+ min HIIT 🔥 with Heather Robertson. 😀7 -
@MaltedTea I will be sure to do so! Although my mile goal is a lot lower than most in my group, I'm going for 50 miles again but hoping I can push it to 75.

Today I did 20 mins jogging 20 mins rebounding, and 20 mins walking.
I realized at lunch today (at work) that I was behind on my steps. I decided to go outside and RUN at lunch! Now I'm not talking power-walking.... I'm talking jogging at 4.2 mph --- for 20 minutes!! WITHOUT STOPPING TO GASP FOR AIR! Yesssss!
Now granted, the last 5 minutes I truly thought I was gonna D-I-E !! But I just kept telling myself "you can do this" and "it's only 4 more minutes" and "just make it to that next corner and THEN you can stop" and then "you'll be so disappointed if you stop now"... Lol. But I DID IT!! My legs felt like jello after that....7 -
