Today is day 2 back on track with no added sugars. It sure does help with not overeating. I was able to easily refuse yummy cookies from the coffee shop across the street and everything ☺️5 -

@SummerSkier well, this week we had coffee 3 times, each one between two to three hours long and we plan to go for a walk at the beachfront on Sunday. I’m enjoying his company and getting to know him but not in a rush too jump into anything so happy with how things are progressing.
It helped that I’m not working this week and he has a slow start at work so we both had plenty of time available. (Meaning I’m not compromising on my own commitments just to see him.)
He will need educating as I’m a major geek and he has never watched Star Wars and did not get a Big Bang Theory reference, but I can work with challenges like that 😜3 -
