Today I did 20 mins jogging 20 mins rebounding, and 20 mins walking.
I realized at lunch today (at work) that I was behind on my steps. I decided to go outside and RUN at lunch! Now I'm not talking power-walking.... I'm talking jogging at 4.2 mph --- for 20 minutes!! WITHOUT STOPPING TO GASP FOR AIR! Yesssss!
Now granted, the last 5 minutes I truly thought I was gonna D-I-E !! But I just kept telling myself "you can do this" and "it's only 4 more minutes" and "just make it to that next corner and THEN you can stop" and then "you'll be so disappointed if you stop now"... Lol. But I DID IT!! My legs felt like jello after that....
