Scale not moving!
Ok, I need help trying to understand how am i losing inches but not weight. I've noticed a difference in my clothes and appearence but when i get on the scale, there's no change. I read that it takes the body 20 minutes to know that it's full. So, after you've had that meal or snack and feel like going back for seconds, just wait 20 minutes to see if you would still want it. You'll most likely not want it as much as you did 20 minutes ago. Try it! It works for me.
