Hi- I have been training for my first half marathon which is in 2 weeks from yesterday. After my last long run (11 miles) my joints were absolutely killing me. I work in a very small office (7 people) and people are always sharing chips, chocolate, gummies, and even beer during the day. Does anyone have any strategies to help resist the temptation? Today in a very stressful meeting I ate 300 cals just of sweets and chips. HELP!!!
