I just stared the DVD yesterday and keep reading that instead of losing weight you lose inches with this workout, which is fine ny me.. My question is, do you get bulky? I don't want bulky arms, I want them thinner. My arms are my least favorite body part and I want to lose the fat there before getting toned.
I started almost a month again lost 3 lbs, this past week I haven't lost anything. Can someone look at my dairy and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong? I'm 5'2, 30 years old and weigh 142. My goal weight is 130.
