So today I walked for 82mins at a moderate pace of 3.0mph . . . according to Endo App I burnt 932kcals and according to MFP I burnt 366cals . . . Why the HUGE difference?? I'm going with MFP, would rather underestimate than overestimate!!! My weight is the same on both apps too.
Today I completed day 7 (level 1) and although I can't do a real push-up I managed 12 modified ones!!!!! And can get my legs higher doing the butt kicks too!!!! So excited realising these nsv's!!!!! Looking forward to starting level 2 on Thursday!!! :happy:
would you use it for cardio or strength training? For the record the main objective is weight loss . . . Advice / opinions all welcome =)
