I'm such a creature of habit . . . it's usually 2 weet-bix, trim milk, cinnamon and almonds and have recently started adding coconut oil (I like hot milk so coconut oil melts into it all - totally devine flavour too) . . or instead of weet-bix it's porridge. Weekends I sometimes have eggs and chicken bacon with toast :)

I use a heaped dessert-spoon on my Weetbix everyday . . . along with almonds and cinnamon :)

This app rocks!!!! Makes what seems impossible, well possible!!! Did my first 5 km run - non-stop - today in a time of 34 mins!!!! Have been super proud of myself all day long with a silly grin going on :bigsmile: :bigsmile: Woop woop!!!!

Week 8, day 2 done and dusted tonight . . . . found it harder than usual. Had 2 x 30sec walks cause of the stitch :(

Week 8, day 1 completed on the treadmill this afternoon :)

Woop woop!!!! Week 7, day 3 smashed!!! Actually ran for 31mins . . . was on the treadie and got the stitch early o so just dropped the speed and then managed to go for longer . . . . feeling pretty damn good now!!! :bigsmile:

I'm more focused on having fun at the mud run as opposed to doing it in a great time :) I did the Mazda O Rock which was the same distance and a group of 6 of us finished it in 53mins . . . was great fun supporting each other during the run!

Managed to do week 7, day 2 yesterday :bigsmile: The last 5 mins werre bloody hard, really had to dig deep but felt amazing when I finished!!!!

Week 7, day 1 accomplished this morning :bigsmile: Was meant to be a 25min run but I decided to push a little further and managed to run for the 5 min cool down too :) So 30mins running today . . . never dreamed it was possible!!! :happy:

After not doing this for 5 days (birthday and family over from Aussie) I was dreading week 6, day 3 . . . . but I did it!!!! Woop woop!!!!

Was a really good day!!!! We finished it in 53mins and the obstacles weren't too hard at all :) Was 6 in our group with wide ranging fitness levels so we just stuck together as a team . . . Def keen on next years one!

Week 6, day 2 completed on the treadmill today . . walked at 3.5mph and jogged at 4.3mph . . :)

According to the app I use the total duration is 31mins which includes warm-up and cool-down walks :)

This is how I'm spending Mothers Day LOL!!! NEVER done anything like this before . . . doing it with a group of friends - first time for them too :) I'm quite nervous!

Oh I'm going to do this next year . . . this is the reason for me doing this app!!! A friend asked me if I wanted to do it and it looked like sooooo much fun!!! Then I thought . . crap, I can't run 5kms!!!! LOL . . . And here I am about to start week 6 :)
