Work out schedule for P90x
After much thought and research i have decided to buy p90x. One question, I want to lose weight but i cant seem to find anything on what order and what days to do the DVD's. Can anyone help me with the workout schedule. Thanks

I am seriously considering ordering this DVD set for home but have a couple of questions 1) Is there a workout schedule, ie what days do you what DVD? 2) Is there any special equipment I need, ie exercise bands. Thanks.
