I'm going out to eat with my family at a steakhouse with no nutrition guide on the website. How do i know how much I've ingested and how to track that on my food diary?

Dining out strategy
My mom is coming to visit for the weekend and we've already planned to eat at 4 different places. I'm new to MFP and not really experienced with the intake of food. I usually make my own food so I can control the caloric intake. What are some strategies for healthier eating in restaurants?

Difficulty reaching daily caloric limit. Need help.
I find myself eating at a caloric deficit. So I tried eating a higher quantity of healthy food and getting really full. I know that portion control is important in maintaining weight, but what if a large amount of healthy food? Is this strategy of weight loss working against me?

Out of state, need ideas.
I'm currently in Texas (Out of State) for an internship, and I don't have any of my workout equipment (dumbells, pull-up bar, etc). I'm currently a college student and don't have the kind of money for a gym membership. I'm only in town for another month or so, but I was wondering if you guys have any workout ideas? PS It's…
