and I have dropped some lbs. Monday is my official weigh in day so I am not gonna jinx it by saying how much I've lost. Hopefully come Monday I will have lost more. I've done really well at eating this week but I do need to add in some more cardio. Hopefully buying this elliptical this weekend will get me in shape alot…

i'VE BEEN reading everyones success stories and it has really motivated me. I am so ready to lose this 30-35 pounds that are holding me back. I have no energy. I've done well the last few days. I am buy an elliptical this weekend......has anyone had success using an elliptical?
