Just try to do better on day 2----it will get easier--I'm on week 3 and it has gotten easier. Sunday's are always my worst day. I am usually at home more and want to eat everything in site. I grab peanut butter, and fruit to help with my hunger. I did gain a pound this week because of Sunday, but I am back with it today.

Lorlee I am not a breakfast person. Fruit is all I can tolerate. Chicacherry I did not get the subway dressing. I took my salad home and measured out my own dressing. I managed to get my calories up by adding a potato and some other stuff. Thanks

ok thanks everyone...I changed up my menu last night and had a baked potato instead of cabbage and green beans--I also put ranch and a little butter on it..and I measured everything. The pork chop had no oils as it was baked. Thanks for all the input

I am the same way--I used to be 120, always the skinny girl. I worked at Golden corral for years and kept the weight of but just as soon as I got a desk job I gained weight. I now weigh 190ish....that being said I started walking more and cutting back on portions. I am down 9 pounds today. More more eat less!

I'm hoping I lose my butt and boobs. Have way too much of both. Lost 7 pounds so far and cant really tell a difference as of yet, but I'm waiting patiently

add me too---I started back about 2 weeks ago and I am finally sticking with it. I still splurge but then I get right back on track. I bought a fitbit and that has really helped to motivate me. I get up and move more. Feel free to add me!

I'll be 40 in February---twins---13 years old---realistically I need to lose close to 50 pounds--but right now I"d settle for 10. None of my clothes fit anymore, I'm tired and miserable all the time. Moody...Hungry...blah blah blah....I really need someone to stand on me and keep me motivated.

i feel ur pain--ive been back so many times----this time I'm doing a little better---been adding a little walking and running---makes me feel better----i've just got to get my eating in check....today makes day 1 for me Again!

I've just started back with mfp.....I started walking/running last week....we've had rain since Friday non-stop so I haven't been able to for a few days...back at it tomorrow...hope to be running 5k soon....

I'm back again myself with 35-50 pounds to lose. I am happy if I lose a pound a week. Baby steps. I started back last week and slip up occasionally, but I get right back on track. Im training with C25k now...and hopefully will be able to run a 5k before long. good luck

In back too after being off for awhile. I need to lose about 40 pounds to be in my target weight range. I just find it so hard to get motivated.

Hi I am Joan and I need motivation and support as well. I lost 15 pounds awhile back but I have gained it all back and then some. I want to lose 20 pounds to begin with---and .....hopefully 40 total. My biggest problem is sticking with it. I do good for awhile then I fall right back off.

I'm glad this is a thread--I've heard over and over again that you need to eat breakfast--that your metabolism slows down if you dont----I'm not a big breakfast eater myself and I start getting hungry around 11 or so. I usually just have a protein shake or something to satisfy me until my 1 oclock lunch

WTG!!! Keep it up and they will be even looser next week!! I have a ways to go before I try on my jeans---they were getting snug when I put them up in the spring so I"ve got to lose a few more pounds before I even think of trying them on
