Does coffee count toward your daily water consumption
Is there a way to delete the previous foods I have selected from the food list? No recipes.....just foods I haven't eaten in awhile.
I read the article in Woman's World and the formula result was that I could eat 1440 calories per day and lose weight. However, when I did MFP, I was given 1200 calories. Why doesn't the profile match the formula in the article?
