I work a part time job in the evenings in addition to my full time job. I do not get home until 11:30 at night and cannot fall asleep for at least 2 hours. Many days this sabotages my early morning workout which I do at 4:30 AM. Any suggestions for natural sleeps aids? I do not want to go the OTC sleep medicine route.
