Help with how to log an exercise
Hi I am hoping someone on here can put me in the right direction. I will shortly be doing 2 full days of full on lambing and I have no idea how to log this as an exercise. All I can say was from last years efforts I felt like I had had a fight with 10 Mike Tysons lol Any help would be appreciated Donna

Pizza dough
OMG i never thought i would have so much trouble finding a low cal pizza dough recipe. I promised my daughter that we would make pizza for tea one night and she choose tonight, the topping i have no problem with its the dough!!! I need a recipe for a low cal dough that i can make quickly please help!!

Logging Drinks?
I noticed when looking at others diaries that most aren't logging drinks like tea or coffee like I do! Am I doing it wrong and those are not part of my calorie count or should i be logging everything that passes my lips?

Advice please!
I started MFP 3 weeks ago, i am losing weight (4" on waistline, due check in tomorrow with weight!) but my question is this: If I do exercise and see my calorie allowance go up, should i still only use my 1300 allowance or should I also have the extra?
