Help with how to log an exercise

Hi
I am hoping someone on here can put me in the right direction.
I will shortly be doing 2 full days of full on lambing and I have no idea how to log this as an exercise. All I can say was from last years efforts I felt like I had had a fight with 10 Mike Tysons lol
Any help would be appreciated
