Hot Yoga + Kettlebell
I've just started doing hot yoga plus working out at home with a kettle bell. I'm just wondering if this is a strange combination, or if you think it'll pay off? I'm thinking I'll aim for yoga x 2 days per week, kettle bell x 3 days per week (30 minutes), and running/jogging x 5 days (30 minutes).
