so i wasn't going to change my eating habits..
but i decided for quicker results, i WOULD start eating breakfast, and... i like cereal. my FAVORITE is banana nut crunch, but it has 250 cals per one cup... which i'll eat ATLEAST 2 cups.. i like granola, A LOT. i was wondering what kind of cereals are good AND healthy something with a similar ttaste & texture of banana…
