just thought i'd introduce myself.. i hope that this website helps motivate my junk-food eating, couch potato *kitten*. -_-



anyway, i'm sarah, i'm 24, student & full time factory worker. i have no kids and other than genetics no reason to be fat.


i've tried to change my eating habits but as sure as the sun rises i fail each time.

i decided to do something i was sure i could..

...i drink about a 2 litre of soda a day, it's my main source of hydration. i'm cutting that out completely. along with walking for like an hr 5 days per week...as well as not eating at night..

    Welcome Sarah, you've taken those important first steps. Take one meal at a time and one day at a time. I try to plan my day coming menus so I have an idea of how many calories I have and have the opportunity to adjust my calories throughout the day. I wish you the best of luck.
