Anyone got toned just from running?
I'm 5'1 106lbs, lost 15lbs a few years ago. I run outside 5 miles 4x -5x a week going 10-11 min per mile. I have gotten a little bit toned, but will I be completely toned like most runners or will I eventually have to do weights?? I run because I love it but I hate any other form of exercise.
