Squats yes but do you also deadlift?
I do squats but the killer for me are deadlifts. Anyone else a big fan of deadlifts? By the time I've warmed up to my working weight I'm covered in sweat by the end of my set.

Nike Free Run Shoes
Anyone run with these? I just got a pair of the Free Run + V5 and my left calf is sore after running now. They said there's probably a 2 week adjustment to these shoes. I was running in a stabilizer type of shoe before. Anyone experience the same soreness with these shoes?

Treadmillers; How fast do you run?
I know everyone is different and runs at a pace comfortable to them. I'm curious to see what others are running? I run comforatbly at 6.5 mph. I was thinking of bumping up the 25 minute runs to 7mph. I've been doubling the days and completed Week 7 last night. Week 8 starts Saturday, today is my rest day!

Starting Week 7 Day1 tomorrow. I shouldn't have any issues competing the week.I actually love the longer runs. To those that have finished, what sort of traing do you do now? Do you run for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week?
