ok--- too low calories???
I just started this diet on mon, its thurs, and ive lost 5 lbs. yay!! im trying to lose 80 pounds.... and im currently 188... and 5'6''. im not hungry... so thats good! :-) but im only eating like around 90-100 calories a day. like in the morning i eat 4 oz low fat yogurt, half a cucumber for lunch, and half a chicken…
