that's terrible! you need to eat more! you're not even that big to begin with, you shouldn't be trying to lose that much weight! and you'll only hurt your body by starving it. i hope this post is a joke.

    Hey,
That is not safe at all. You are suppose to have a 1100 to 1200 calories a day after all the math is done. Be careful with this because it also happened to me but I was burning way more than I even knew and became anorexic and also my health suffered from it. god Bless, brenda
  • Yeah, it's not good at all to only take in 100 calories a day. :frown: Please read the first two links and the third link is a thread that has more links to other very good threads for you to check out.

  • and being 5' 6" you should be closer to around 130lbs so trying to get down to 108lbs is totally unrealistic, unhealthy. Please do the research and find a healthier way to lose the weight.

I was going to say 108lbs is an awfully low weight for someone who is 5'6". I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is in the 130's. And yes, you've gotta eat at least 1200 calories per day and even more if you exercise. What you've probably lost is a lot of initial water weight, which is normal. Your body is like a machine... it needs calories to sustain you, burn fat, to exercise and support a healthy body and immune system.
  • Is this serious?
If so, you need to rethink your caloric intake NOW. How do you actually function through the day? Your mind must be foggy or soon will be. Your skin, hair, teeth and all your organs need more.
I am 5'6" and I was 120 and sickly looking. I put on 4 pounds and look like a different person. I hope you buckle down and think health. Plus there is something to say for curves!!
I say this to you in true concern, good luck to you.
