Okay so I wear a Fitbit that is integrated with my MFP account According to Fitbit I burn about 2,000 calories each day and my calorie goal for MFP is 1200. Undoing Binge HELP ME
Okay so today I had some friends come over and one brought pizza and some other junk....and I ate it. So overall the damage was 1600 calories. Can I help "undo" it by cutting out maybe 200 calories a day each day next week?
