I know, I know. It sounds silly and nit-picky. But I mean it! My body *must* be expending energy trying to cool itself while sitting in 94 degree heat and sweating through my clothes. I know in my heart I'm burning something. Can I count it? Do any of you count it? How much? thanks for the input!
