So here's the deal, I don't do strength training every day, more so just when I feel like it but every evening I walk 4.3 miles at a brisk pace with many hills etc. so it's a very good work out. Help! net calories below 900? :(
First off, let me say that I am eating at LEAST 1,500 calories per day. That being said, I burn off around 600 calories per day through exercise which is bringing my "net calories" to around 900.
