FALLING OFF TRACK!
I need help with getting back on track. How do I get back to eating right and working out when its been almost 3 months since. I really exercised. The drive and motivation I use to have is so bleak. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. :-)

First Time
Today I'll be starting 30 Day Shred. This is my first time doing it and I look forward to dropping pounds and losing inches!!! If anyone is on their first day at level 1 it would be awesome to link up with you encourage one another. :-) I'll be posting my stats tomorrow.

Workout DVD recommendations....anyone???
I'm currently on week 5 of The Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout dvd and it has been a challange for me and I'm happy I made it this far along. I'm thinking about moving on to 30 Day Shred then Ripped in 30. Does anyone have any other dvd recommendations I can try out? Thanks in advance :-)
