I'm Lori. I'm 29 and I'm overweight. I desperately need to make a change in my life that's not so much a diet but a lifestyle change. I struggle from time to time with not seeing the results I desire (or any results at all) and maybe if I keep active on this forum, I'll feel like I'm not alone in this battle.
