Am I eating enough calories?
I am 5'10 female, 160 pounds. I do crossfit 3x a week and jog on the treadmill for 20minutes 2-3x a week. I eat about 1600 calories a day. I feel like I'm not losing any weight and that I should, considering that I am working out and eat a healthy diet (chicken, fruit, veggies, etc.). I only eat something that's bad once…
