so i don't want to sound all whiney and pathetic but help!! i was doing well with eating habits and starting to get into a regular exercise routine, but i wasn't losing like i thought i should be...(sometimes i think i Have to Many DIET plans stuck in my head, maybe i don't really know how to eat healthy to lose??) but…

help when sick
help... my husband, daughter, and I have been fighting walking pneumonia for over a month. I was feeling better and getting back on track. I feel awful today and we all started another round of antibiotics... any tips for how to stay on track when you just feel blah?! thanks for letting me whine a little... :)

Hi! new here...
I am a mom of three awesome children 13, 10, and 16 months. Finding it hard to find time for lil old me while keeping up with their busy schedules not to mention the house and work... Excited for motivation on how everyone else is making it all work.... So happy to find this site!!
