33 pounds down and today...
I zipped up a size 10 pair of dress pants from The Loft! I started at size 16, and these size 10's are still very tight in the waist, but I had to buy them as motivation :) I'm hoping they fit comfortably within a month. Best arm exercises with minimal equipment
I want to lose weight all over, but I'm particularly self conscious of how "blubbery" my arms have become. What exercises would you recommend for losing inches and gaining lean muscles, but without equipment? I use full water bottles as free-weights, for now!
