5'5" - 5'6" women- goal weight?

Read one of these threads for 5'3" to 5'5", but curious more for my height. I'm almost 5'6", and my goal WAS 155, but according to this site: http://www.rush.edu/rumc/page-1108048103230.html (picked up from other thread) says I should be looking more toward 117-143.
I know that body types vary greatly, but women at my height, what's YOUR goal and how did you choose it?

I guess a lot really depends on it.
Im 40. and my doctor told me between 150-168 would be fine. Actually my Ob gyn told me don't go over 175..
I have large muscle structure.
When I was down to 175 I was size 9/10 .It has a lot to do with how the body is.
im working 5 lbs at a time. When I get down to 175 I will see what I want to do.. It's just a guide.
Main goal is to get healthier.0 -
I'm 5'6" and my goal is 150. (Well, really 145 but I'm being realistic about just how crazy I plan on being.) I picked the number somewhat arbitrarily in that I'm hoping to feel good about myself and feel healthy at that weight. Time will tell!0

I am about 5-6 as well and my goal is 155.0

I am 5'4" and my goal now is 160. Per the charts in the doctors office I should be at 140 at the high end. I have never followed that. I once was at 125 (I was too skinny, but I was young 18-21). Even my husband said when we started dating that I could put on some weight (I blame him for my weight gain, he never told me to stop LOL). I am also not what you would call small framed, sorry rambling here a bit. I picked 160 for my first goal, but to be honest with you I don't want to go below 155.0

I'm 5'6" and my goal is 170. Right now, that is a long way off, but I would imagine my goals will likely be adjusted once I'm closer. WebMD says top of range should be about 154, but that seems WAAAY too low for me. We'll see next year.0

I am 5' 6" and I want to weigh around 140-142. I only picked that number because I wanted to wear a size 8. I got there and now I am back up to 153 and a size 10. I felt a lot better at 142. Find a happy place for you. I am trying to get back to anything under 145.0

My nutritionist said that a realistic goal for my 5'6" frame is 155. Shoot for that. You're not a teenager. don't try to have a body of a preeteen!1 -
I'm 35 years old and 5'6". I have 130 as my goal weight because that's what I reached at another time and it's my "pre-everything" weight- before kids and marriage, etc. I don't know that it's that realistic for me because instead of 1200 cals and cardio, I'm eating more and strength training to be slim and strong, not just thin. I wouldn't be surprised if 135-140 wasn't more realistic for me, I'm just seeing how my body changes with the weights and focusing on measurements.0

5'5". Started at 187 and my goal was as least down to 149 per charts/doc. Have now been holding between 131-136 for 6 months. I'm 58. This seems to be where I feel best and my body wants to stay here :-)0

my starting weight was about 170, i'm currently right over 130, but its not about the weight as much, now ive started weight training and toning. my ultimate goal is to wear jeans and a tank top, nothing else, and not hang over my pants, no muffin at all.0

I'm 5'5" and 132 right now, and I'm aiming for 120-125. I have a smaller frame/build than some other people at my height.0 -

Following up to this, my mom is the same height as me and weighs in the 130s, but I look smaller than her. Everyone is different!0

I am 5'5" and currently at 155 pounds. All I know is that in the triathlons I am in, I am almost always one of the biggest girls there and my fat is hanging over in my bike pics. Not cool.. At one time I was skinny at 115 pounds, but not as fit as I am today.. I want a middle ground, strong and muscular and fit, not too skinny. I am anticipating that weight to be around the 125 to 130 range.0

I'm just under 5'6" and am shooting for a body fat percentage of 21%. That will put me at approx. 138 lbs.0

I chose 140 since it's on the higher end of the BMI range for this height and I want to focus on lowering my BF% not really the number on the scale. But it gives another goal to watch. I may end up heavier or lighter depending on how much muscle mass I build.0

I'm 36 years old, 5'6", and I want to weigh about 155, which would put me at the higher end of the normal BMI range. However, when I saw my doctor two weeks ago, she said that she thinks 170 would be a good weight for me, taking in to consideration my body type and frame.0

I'm just under 5'5! Barely.
I'm currently 135, my goal might be 130 but it depends on how I look. I want to see more cuts on my stomach! That's pretty much it.0
