Working and exercising!
Hay, I have recently started work as a carer and i am walking around a lot but i know this is exercise but I’m unable to do any other exercise throughout the day Does anyone has any tips or has been in the same situation i would appreciate your opinions and ideas on how to get more exercise in throughout the day!

Exercise!
Has anyone got any suggestions on what exercise i can do! I walk my dog and do an exercise dvd everyday but i never feel as if im really pushing myself, i also have problems doing high intensity cardio as it gives me really bad chest pains. Any advice would be very helpful:smile:

Has anyone got an good ideas of foods to eat at lunch, iv been eating the same salad for ages now and its getting very boring!x

Introduce Yourself
Hay everyone :) Im Sophie and im 18, im new to this! but im hoping to loose about 20kg. Iv always been a yoyo dieter and recently went from a 18 to a size 12 but i am now back to a 16. Would love some advice on good ways to loose it and would also like some friends on here!
