Exercise!

Has anyone got any suggestions on what exercise i can do! I walk my dog and do an exercise dvd everyday but i never feel as if im really pushing myself, i also have problems doing high intensity cardio as it gives me really bad chest pains. Any advice would be very helpful:smile:

    I'm trying this...my daughter's friend suggested it and I liked it...it's doable and it's not like high impact arobics(sp). While you're watching tv, every 15 minutes during commercials, do 3 sets of 10 - jumping jacks, sit-ups and squats. Do it four times and you've gotten in some cardio and toning. I hope this helps and you find it fun... :bigsmile:
